Summer Salmon Bowl! For those who saw my stories Summer Salmon Bowl!

For those who saw my stories about my dogs food running out and what I fed her when it did … this bowl may look familiar! 🤣 Truth is, I made her dinner from most items in our dinner!

My garden is beginning to come alive and everyday I have a ton of things to Harvest. We also still have SO MUCH Salmon from Ian’s fishing trip last year. So… this bowl was born. It’s filled with pan seared salmon, brown rice, kale, cucumbers, tomatoes, fresh herbs & roasted sweet potatoes. Topped off with marinated red onions and my famous dill sauce.

So much non stop fun & cousin time at the lake thi So much non stop fun & cousin time at the lake this past week!

We are so grateful that my Dad, @dankparkes puts this together for us every year! A beautiful house boat for us all to have our creature comforts, selfless time taking our kids out on boat rides, wake boarding, tubing etc. I’m so grateful my kids are able to grow up with these memories like I did as a small child… they just get to do it in a more bougie fashion! 🤣

Feel free to swipe to see some very low quality picture of photos from my past times at Lake Powell as a child with my cousins!

This crazy girl is obsessed with food already. She This crazy girl is obsessed with food already. She wasn’t going to be left out of our delicious lunch at @birdhouseaz , so she snatched this chicken right off my plate!! She wouldn’t stop sucking and gnawing on it with her little gums! She got so mad at me any time i took it away to make sure she wasn’t breaking any big chunks off that she might choke on. 🤪🤣 I guess we have another foodie on our house! #birdhouseaz #friedchicken #babyfood #babyledeating
Last weekend we begun our worm farm and composting Last weekend we begun our worm farm and composting journey! The kids had so much fun learning about how worms help our garden and our earth! #circleoflife #compostingworms #compost #gotworms #mylittlegarden
I’ve neglected my little food blog and social me I’ve neglected my little food blog and social media accounts for so long. Besides going through a couple years of having babies. Building a home, selling a home having another baby, moving etc, I’ve also maybe never felt like the name I chose out of desperation for a food blog name really fit with what I wanted to post about or about me. I’ve been really trying to figure out what I want to share and how to share it and give the best value to people. I’ve always loved gardening, loved canning and preserving food, I love teaching my kids to cook and love food, i love all sorts of cuisine and I love throwing dinner parties. With our new home I now have a place I can entertainer more, a prettier kitchen to photograph and film in, a very large garden with space to have an outdoor dining table to literally eat Farm to Table. I want to focus my blog on basically all of that. Teaching and learning more gardening techniques, learning more about food preservation, entertaining year round and cooking with my kids.

I’d love YOUR input in what I should change the name to… please drop your ideas below. If I pick yours I’ll make you some caramels or smoked salsa or something I can mail you if you aren’t local to me.

Thank you! #newbrand #farmtotable #cookingwithkids #foodpreservation #dinnerparties #helpme
I thought this was a cute a funny trend! Hopefully I thought this was a cute a funny trend! Hopefully @shields_word doesn’t shoot me for sharing some of these!
🍀 Happy St Patrick’s Day! 🍀 Living here w 🍀 Happy St Patrick’s Day! 🍀
Living here we will never have to worry about getting pinched for not having green! 🤣

The exterior color scheme has had my stomach in knots ever since we chose it. I knew the other homes on our street were all going to be white and so our home would look drastically different. I wasn’t sure how it would all turn out, but I LOVE IT 😍! One day we’d love to do copper gutters and coordinating fascia and soffits. But I even love the white.

We just had our final walk through before our final inspection!! I can’t believe the day has come that we finally will be moving in! March 24th cannot come fast enough!
